Welcome to www.bstripes.io, a website and service (“Service”) operated by b/Stripes (“Activity”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

(i) Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the service. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Service.

(ii) The fact that an individual or legal entity orders on the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. They are accessible at any time on the website and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version and over the Customer’s own general terms of purchase or other terms and conditions.

(i) Current rates are inclusive of tax, we reserve the right to defer any new taxes and rate increases.

(ii) The prices indicated are in Euros.

(iii) The total amount of the purchase order must be transferred to the bank details indicated in the order confirmation email.

(iv) Once your order and/or service reservation is executed, you will receive an email confirming your order with the payment details. Please proceed with payment in full by bank transfer to the Activity’s account in order to validate it.

(v) The amount is to be paid to the following account: b/Stripes BE50 0638 8514 2718; TVA BE 0896.755.397.

(vi) We reserve the right to overbook our workshops as long as the maximum number of participants having paid in order to validate their registration is not reached. An unpaid workshop is not reserved and does not guarantee your place at the requested workshop.

(i) Items ordered on the Service are delivered as quickly as possible. They are delivered to the email address you specify when ordering online according to the terms and conditions specified therein.

(ii) All the information you provide when ordering is binding. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences of an error in the information provided. The products ordered can only be delivered worldwide

(iii) Any complaint and/or dispute against the Service must be made, exclusively by email to contact@bstripes.io, at the latest 48 hours after the event giving rise to it (no contract received more than 24 hours after the order or non-conformity of the contract within 24 hours of its receipt), on pain of forfeiture.

(iv) No reimbursement will be made once an order has been validated and paid. Therefore, please ensure that you read carefully all the information concerning the products and services offered by the Activity and the Service.

(v) Concerning the workshops, registration is compulsory. Should you ever be obliged to cancel a validated and paid registration to a workshop, please do so at the latest 24 hours in advance. In this case, the Activity will propose a new date for the same workshop at a later date (depending on availability).

(i) If for any reason any provision of these Terms and Conditions should be declared inapplicable, such inapplicability shall not affect the application of the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions. The provision deemed inapplicable will then be replaced by the closest possible provision.

(ii) Neither the Activity nor the customer shall be held liable for any failure to perform that is due to force majeure beyond their control, including but not limited to war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, import or export problems, strikes, lock-outs, shortages, fire, earthquake, storm, floods.

(iii) These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the Courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall be competent.

These general terms and conditions may be modified by the Activity at any time, with effect from the time they are published on the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
